It wasn’t too long ago that I was able to jump into Turbo Golf Racing for a limited time preview. It was back in March 2022 when we first told you of Turbo Golf Racing, as it promised to combine some Rocket League action with Crazy Golf. It was certainly an intriguing prospect - one that we can now get involved in via the introduction of Beta 2 on Steam, the Microsoft Store and on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Further to that, it's been confirmed that the game will launch in August 2022, via Early Access, Game Preview and Game Pass.
Coming from Spiderling Studios is a new game by the name of Besiege Console. Billed as a “physics based building game”, immediately alarm bells began to go off in my mind.
I think that the battle royale genre is here to stay. Sure, upcoming titles like Halo Infinite and Battlefield 2042 have said that they won’t be including any battle royale modes, but the currently popular battle royales like Call of Duty: Warzone and Fortnite show no sign of slowing down. That popularity means we’ll definitely keep seeing battle royale games pop up, and I surely hope they continue to be as inventive as Super Animal Royale.
