It was back in 2019 when we played and reviewed Undead Horde. Now it's time for that tale to continue, with release of Undead Horde 2: Necropolis on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch.
The undead have awakened once again, but this time they are keeping to the roads and paths. No shortcuts for these walkers! Use the undead’s penchant for sticking to the path against them in Road Stones, out today on Xbox and PlayStation.
Before Marvel’s Midnight Suns arrived to rave releases, we knew that the full roster would not be completed until a few post-release characters were added in. Whether you love him or loathe him, Deadpool was always going to be one of those added in. And he arrives today in the form of The Good, the Bad and the Undead DLC for Marvel’s Midnight Suns on Xbox, PlayStation and PC.
Ever since zombies became pop culture thanks largely in part to the Resident Evil franchise, talk has turned to what our zombie escape routes would be. In 1693, talk like that probably didn’t happen. Instead, they just did it without thinking about it. And that must have worked because we are still here to talk about it. It's been kicking around on Xbox stores for some six years already, more on other formats, but Prison Architect has managed to keep fresh thanks to the plethora of new DLC packs and expansions which have been integrated into the game. You can see just how little they have in common right now as Zombo Buster Rising is ready to download on Xbox and PlayStation.
Fast forward to 2015, and as I was eagerly watching the E3 coverage, a familiar-looking presence appeared on the screen. For some reason, the new Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 game was trailed in the Microsoft segment, rather than at the EA event, but I have to say it looked awesome.
I think it's safe to say that Red Dead Redemption impressed everyone when it released back in 2010. It was nominated for numerous accolades, and won many as well - including Game of the Year. Nowadays, it's widely regarded as one of the best games of all time. But its zombie-infested follow-up Undead Nightmare deserves as much if not more praise for being one of the best DLCs ever made. It expanded a narrative already rich in lore and added a ton of new content.
