Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege may be getting on – at least in gaming terms – but it is a game that continues to go from strength to strength. Now, as it prepares for its third year, a number of new Editions have been announced… and they are more than decent enough to draw new players in.
Created to support and complement the start of brand new Rainbow Six Siege content for Year 3, and arriving on Feb 13th 2018 are the Advanced Edition, the Gold Edition and the Complete Edition of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. And that’s not even mentioning the Starter Edition which is already available.
Full details of each are as follows:
Advanced Edition is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC and includes:
- All maps and modes
- Standard time required to unlock operators
- 600 Bonus Rainbow Six credits
- 10 Outbreak Collection Packs*
Gold Edition includes:
- All maps and modes
- Standard time required to unlock operators
- 600 Bonus Rainbow Six credits
- 10 Outbreak Collection Packs*
- Year 3 Pass
Complete Edition includes:
- All maps and modes
- Standard time required to unlock operators
- 600 Bonus Rainbow Six credits
- 10 Outbreak Collection Packs
- Year 3 Pass
- 16 Year 1 and Year 2 operators
Starter Edition is now available on PC only and includes:
- All maps and modes
- Extended time required to unlock operators
- 600 Bonus Rainbow Six Credits
But that’s not all and Ubisoft have confirmed that Rainbow Six Siege will introduce the limited-time Outbreak Collection. Outbreak Collection Packs will be obtainable in-game during the Outbreak Event or in the new Advanced, Gold and Complete editions with no time limit. They are available from March 6th, and each pack grants one of 50 unique cosmetic items designed for the Outbreak event, usable even after the Outbreak event concludes and guaranteed to not be a duplicate of one you’ve already unlocked.
