Xatrom Command
Xatrom Command – just 1 part of this bundle

Looking for a few different adventures without emptying your coffers? Available now, the Adventures In Time & Space bundle arrives, packaging three distinct indie titles together for the rather reasonable price.

That price? Just £12.99. Even better, this collection isn’t tied to one platform – it’s available right now across Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.

Whether you fancy some ancient puzzling, piratical physics, or sci-fi blasting, this bundle aims to deliver a dose of varied indie fun. Let’s take a look at what’s included.

What’s Packed Inside This Multi-Platform Bundle?

For your £12.99, the Adventures In Time & Space bundle includes these three games:

Escape from the Pharaoh’s Tomb

First, you’ll be delving into ancient Egypt. After encountering a cursed skull, your unlucky adventurer must escape the Pharaoh’s tomb room by room. This puzzle platformer involves aiming magic light beams to open doors while dodging traps, enemies, and even closing walls.

We covered its initial emergence in our previous news piece, but we haven’t yet given it the full review treatment. Catch up with our launch coverage.

Pirates on Target

Next, swap deserts for the high seas! Pirates on Target is a physics-based puzzler where you use logic and geometry skills to arrange blocks, altering cannonball trajectories to sink pirate ships.

When we reviewed this budget puzzler, we found it surprisingly smart, awarding it a 3.5/5 score. We mentioned, “Pirates on Target is a budget puzzler that doesn’t aim high, but hits the bullseye in terms of smart, elegant brainteasers.

It offers dozens of levels of gradually increasing difficulty.

Xatrom Command

Finally, prepare for some top-down shooting action. A lab experiment gone wrong has unleashed aliens upon a military base, and it’s clean-up time.

Grab weapons and blast through 50 levels of alien scum, either solo or with a friend in local co-op. It also includes survival and boss rush modes.

We gave Xatrom Command a 3/5 score in our review, noting it’s “a decent twin stick shooter that will provide a hit of short term fun, as well as some 1000 Gamerscore without being overly taxing.

Is This Trio Worth Your Time (and £12.99)?

This bundle offers three distinct indie experiences for just £12.99, averaging out at £4.33 per game – a price point that’s hard to argue with, especially given its wide availability across Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch.

Based on our previous coverage, the quality seems pretty decent for the price. Pirates on Target offered clever puzzling (3.5/5) and Xatrom Command provided solid twin-stick fun (3/5). While we don’t have a score for Escape from the Pharaoh’s Tomb yet, having two reasonably well-received titles already included makes the package appealing.

The sheer variety is also a bonus. Whether you’re in the mood for thoughtful puzzles or some straightforward blasting (potentially with a friend), this bundle covers a few bases.

If you enjoy sampling different indie genres and are looking for some budget-friendly additions to your library on your console of choice, Adventures In Time & Space looks like a solid pickup.

Ready for these adventures? You can grab the Adventures In Time & Space bundle for £12.99 right now from the digital storefront on your preferred platform (Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop).

Let us know in the comments if this multi-genre bundle tempts you.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
