aftercharge xbox one beta

Looking forward to spending time with Aftercharge, the fast-paced 3v3 shooter? Well good news, because we’ve now not only got a full release date, but have details surrounding it’s inclusion in Xbox Game Pass and those covering an upcoming beta.

Aftercharge will bring manic 3v3 shooting gameplay in which players are tasked with putting their strategic wits to the test in fast-paced matches of asymmetrical, competing teams, as invisible robots face off against invincible security enforcers!

Bringing three-way cross-platform play with those on Nintendo Switch when that version releases shortly after, we will initially see the Xbox One and PC versions of Aftercharge enjoy online cross-platform gaming when the game launches via Game Pass come January 10th 2019.

In Aftercharge, players can choose to battle as one of ten unique class-based characters, suitable for multiple playstyles, from either the workonic robots or Deadly Aftercharge Corp. security enforcers. Five character classes are available per team, each with their own unique skills, strategic advantages (and disadvantages), and counter classes. Teams of three must either destroy or defend the coveted energy extractors scattered across the map — moving invisibly, creating distractions, or going into full “seek and destroy” mode by unloading on foes with hard-hitting weaponry. Aftercharge’s quick competitive combat rounds keep players’ blood pumping!

If you can’t wait until the 10th Jan and need to get yourself involved with Aftercharge before that, then you will find the opportunity to blast, zap, and punch your way to victory with the “Ultimate Aftercharge Beta Weekend”, available from December 14th to December 16th 2018, for both Windows PC and Xbox One. You can sign-up to the cross-platform weekend by checking out www.afterchargekeys.com for Windows PC access and through the Xbox Insider preview program for those on Xbox One.

Aftercharge will then become available on Xbox One and Windows PC via Steam on January 10th, 2019, for $19.99, or via the Xbox Game Pass subscription.

Will you be checking it out?
