ARK: Survival Evolved has, well, evolved massively over the years but now Studio Wildcard are looking to push on with the next chapter in the saga. And the arrival of ARK: Genesis promises to bring more story, more missions, more gameplay and a super exclusive Holographic Companion.
Taking the ARK experience to the next levels, ARK: Genesis will allow survivors the opportunity to take in two huge new expansion packs which will further the ARK storyline by seeing us adventuring through unique and diverse biomes via an all new mission-based game mechanic. There will also be the chance to discover and tame all-new creatures, including island-sized sea turtles, shape-shifting creatures that transform from small and cuddly to ferocious, and, most notably, fireball shooting dragon-like beasts that thrive in extreme volcanic environments!
You’ll get access by purchasing the ARK: Genesis Season Pass, and Part 1 of Genesis will be arriving in December 2019. Those who decide upon a purchase will find an instant download of an in-game cosmetic pet for ARK: Survival Evolved becoming theirs – the HLN-A cosmetic pet.
Part 2 will then follow in Winter 2020, and so if you are up for testing your survival skills in ARK: Genesis, and can’t think of anything better than having a little holographic companion at your side, as you encounter new creatures, craft all new gear and structures, and face new environmental dangers, it should certainly be something to consider.
