Ever thought that 28 Overwatch heroes just weren’t enough? Well good news – Ashe is here!
Pushing the total number of Overwatch heroes up to a mammoth 29, Ashe is the latest gunslinger to arrive in the game, bringing along her Viper rifle and special abilities for the ride.
The leader of the Deadlock Gang, Ashe is a rebellious so-and-so who just loves to get her hands dirty. Also known as Elizabeth Caledonia Ashe, we see this new hero hit the world of Overwatch with the deadly Viper rifle firmly attached. This allows Ashe to be able to fire rapidly from the hip or line up a high-damage shot through her sights.
But that’s not all and she’ll happily blast enemies by throwing dynamite, with her coach gun packing a major punch, knocking foes or herself back for added mobility. And if you thought that Ashe was a bit of a loner, you’d be wrong as she can call in her ally, B.O.B., to join the fray when the need arises.
The arrival of Ashe to the roster isn’t the only Overwatch news though and alongside her launch, we see the game being hit with Patch 1.20, something which brings some hero balance updates to Mercy, Reaper, Roadhog, and Symmetra.
