Assassin’s Creed Unity, the first proper next generation AC title from Ubisoft has been delayed.
Thankfully it isn’t for too long and instead of its original release date, it’ll now be cropping up two weeks later in North America on 11th November and in UK and Europe on the 13th November.
Vincent Pontibriand, senior producer at Ubisoft had the following to say
“As we got close to the finish, we realized we were near the target but still needed a bit more time to hone some of the details to make sure Assassin’s Creed Unity is exceptional,” says Vincent Pontbriand, senior producer at Ubisoft. “We sincerely appreciate players’ commitment to the game and their patience. It’s just a couple more weeks. And it’s going to be worth it.”
Whilst any movement in the release date is disaapointing, If it makes the game exceptional then we’re all for it however it could now be a very busy couple of days for AC fans as Assassin’s Creed Rogue, the Xbox 360 title, drops on the exact same days.
Best get saving then!
