Royal Revolt Survivors keyart as the game launches on PC and console
Royal Revolt Survivors is now available

The kingdom is under siege – and in Royal Revolt Survivors, survival depends on how long you can hold the line.

Royal Revolt Survivors has officially launched in its full 1.0 version, arriving on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 with fast-paced roguelite action and survivor-style gameplay.

Developed by Team Warriors and published by Headup, this one comes blending top-down action with chaotic enemy waves, powerful builds and cooperative survival. After six months in Early Access on PC, the game now arrives as a complete package, shaped by community feedback.

And with co-op for up to four players, defending the kingdom doesn’t have to be a solo mission.

A Kingdom Under Constant Attack

In Royal Revolt Survivors, players must defend their realm against relentless waves of enemies determined to bring chaos to the kingdom.

The action unfolds in fast-paced top-down battles, where swarms of foes flood the screen and survival depends on quick thinking, clever builds and constant movement. Each run pushes players to last longer, unlock stronger abilities and defeat increasingly dangerous enemies.

The deeper you go, the more intense the battles become.

Choose Your Warrior

At the heart of Royal Revolt Survivors is a roster of iconic Warriors, many of them familiar faces from the wider Royal Revolt franchise.

Each character comes equipped with their own unique abilities, weapons and playstyle, allowing players to approach battles in different ways. Some heroes specialise in heavy melee combat, while others rely on ranged attacks or clever positioning.

Finding the right warrior, and building the perfect combination of upgrades, becomes key to surviving the chaos.

Survivor-Style Combat With Roguelite Progression

The gameplay combines the addictive loop of survivor-style combat with the long-term progression of roguelites. If you’ve played the likes of Vampire Survivors, or any of its clones in recent times, you’ll know what to expect here.

Players fight through massive waves of enemies, collecting upgrades and powerful equipment during each run. Weapon combinations, trinkets and ability boosts allow players to customise their build, opening the door to a wide variety of strategies.

But survival isn’t just about dealing damage. Enemy types evolve throughout each run, introducing new movement patterns and attacks that keep players constantly adapting.

And eventually, every run culminates in epic boss encounters that push your build to its limits.

Chaos Is Better With Friends

While the kingdom can be defended alone, Royal Revolt Survivors truly shines when played cooperatively.

The game supports local and online co-op for up to four players, allowing teams to coordinate strategies and combine abilities to survive the toughest enemy waves.

Working together to control the battlefield can mean the difference between a quick defeat and a long, chaotic survival run.

Defend The Kingdom

Now available on Xbox Series X|S (via the Xbox Store for ÂŁ8.39), PlayStation 5, PC and Nintendo Switch 2, Royal Revolt Survivors delivers fast, frantic roguelite action where every run is a new chance to defend the kingdom.

Whether you’re battling alone or joining forces with friends, one thing is certain: the enemy waves won’t stop coming anytime soon. And the crown isn’t going to defend itself.

Our review is coming.
