Become The Fisherman as a Premium Edition of Fishing Planet is confirmed for Xbox One and PS4

Need to show off your angling skills but have struggled to become acquainted with the brilliant Fishing Sim World? Well, the unique free-to-play Fishing Planet has now been confirmed for Xbox One and PS4 release, with a Premium Edition allowing you to become a true fisherman!

The chance to become a proper fisherman is fast approaching as today Bigben and Fishing Planet LLC have confirmed that a fully paid-up Premium Edition of Fishing Planet will be coming to Xbox One and PS4.

The market-leading free-to-play game that has gone down great guns on PC, becoming the standard for fishing sims and boasting 5 million players, will soon see all its content combined into one big package before releasing on Xbox One and PS4.

The equivalent of more than 30 DLC packs as well as features exclusive to this premium version of the game, The Fisherman – Fishing Planet on Xbox One and PS4 will be found moving from a free-to-play model with paid content to a premium model, guaranteeing players will be able to enjoy a complete and immersive experience.

The Fisherman – Fishing Planet faithfully adapts all the fine details of the art of fishing to gaming screens. Players can try out several types of fishing and attempt to catch over 100 species of fish, whose artificial intelligence is based on the real behaviour of each species. There are also 18 different fishing areas in the premium version, featuring lake and river environments with varied terrain and vegetation. As for the equipment, and well, the game allows for thousands of tackle combinations, with each element including its own physics and unique hydrodynamic properties.

Fishing Planet also provides complete immersion through the attention to detail given to environmental elements, such as the geographic zone, climatic conditions, time of day, and flora and fauna. Everything has been included to recreate and influence the realism and unpredictability of sport fishing. And with high-quality audio producing the relaxing sounds of water and the hum of insects, players need only close their eyes to experience an authentic fishing sensation, while keeping their feet dry in front of their console!

Fishing Planet features include:

Yea but what about the motor boat update and all the other lures ans baits that pc and ps4 has that xbox doesnt have for the free to play version. When is Xbox f2p goingto get those updates
