maneater tiger skin dlc

When Wired Productions and Tripwire Interactive first revealed Maneater to the world, we knew it was going to be something pretty special. And upon release back in May, it proved to be just that. Now though it’s time to go back beneath the waves and continue the hunt with a new piece of free DLC for Maneater.

Available to purchase and download into your Maneater game right this second is the free Maneater Tiger Skin DLC. Running with a zero cost price, anyone who already has a copy of the brilliantly bloody Maneater to hand would be crazy to miss this content drop. Why? Well, even though in Maneater you get to play out life as a Bull Shark, this addition lets you get equipped with a stunning Tiger Shark design, proving your dominance over the rest of the seas.

But it’s not just some fancy new visuals that this delivers and by adding the Tiger Skin DLC into Maneater you will also gain the ability to digest nearly anything, with it increasing your ability to gain vital nutrients from your prey. Yep, the Tiger Shark isn’t called the ‘Garbage Can of the Ocean’ for nothing you know.

Obviously you’ll need a copy of Maneater to hand prior to installing this free downloadable content pack, but with that picked up from the likes of the Xbox Store – or on PS4 or PC should you prefer that – there is then nothing stopping you.

If you’re new to the game and need even more of a helping hand, our article detailing the 6 things you need to know before braving the depths of Maneater should also be taken in. It’ll give a little insight – without spoilers – as to how best to tackle the wide open oceans of the game.

As always, let us know in the comments if you grab this – we’d love to hear what you think of Maneater as a whole too. For us it’s right up there with the very best games of 2020. Do you agree?
