Wizards Wand of Epicosity

Magic, zombies and tower defense mechanics – what more could you want from a game? Well, Wizards: Wand of Epicosity on Xbox One lets you fire man’s best friend out of a cannon in order to make things really interesting. That’s what you really want.

Available from the Xbox Store for Xbox One, Wizards: Wand of Epicosity from Game Mechanic Studios is the latest tower defence title to roll out on to console, giving you not just the chance to work with magic and take down the most vicious of zombies in your quest of becoming the ultimate mage, but also provides the opportunity to strap your faithful dog into a cannon, before sending him off on a bit of a kamikaze mission!

Priced at £16.74, Wizards: Wand of Epicosity promises to provide thrilling, fast paced tower defense gameplay as you try your hardest to stop the Wizard of Darkness and his army of the undead. Thankfully it seems like you’re pretty equipped for the job, given the chance to utilise a variety of wands, robes and other items in your killing quest.

  • – Conjure Blizzards, weave Lightning and summon Tornadoes to destroy your enemies!
  • – Unlock rare new Wands, Robes, and Items to multiply your killing power!
  • – Upgrade your Castle to survive the massive onslaught of zombies and demons!
  • – Strap Mines to your faithful dog and shoot him out of a cannon!
  • – Collect all of the Magic Runes and summon your courage to defeat the Evil Wizard of Darkness!

Think you’ve got the tower defense skills to prove your worth as a wizard of mass destruction? Get over to the Xbox Store right now and grab a download of Wizards: Wand of Epicosity on Xbox One.

There are a ton of further Gem-filled DLC pieces you could possibly be tempted into purchasing too. This will help you out on your quest of becoming the greatest of all wizards, with prices ranging from £0.79 for a Handful of Gems, through £1.69 and £4.19 for a Pile of Gems and Sack of Gems respectively, over to Sacks of Gems for £8.39, a Crate of Gems for £16.74 and the biggy – a Chest of Gems costing a cool £41.74. If you wish to know whether these are worth it, our upcoming full review should be able to provide the details.

Game Description:

When the Wizard of Darkness awakened, it was up to one man to defeat him. When that man was accidentally killed by one idiot, Tobuscus (or “person of extremely low intelligence” – gently put), the responsibility of becoming an AWESOME WIZARD fell onto him… by default!
