Those looking forward to the upcoming release of JRPG Valkyria Revolution can revel in the news that there’s a new behind-the-scenes video to watch, as well as a shed load of new DLC information to digest. Interested?
The latest behind-the-scenes video focuses on the vocalist lending her voice to a handful of songs on the soundtrack, Sarah Alainn. The specific track featured here is “Eternal Rest”, an angelic musical requiem used to convey a message of death during the conflict between the Kingdom of Jutland and the Ruzi Empire. After hearing the lovely rendition, we’re then treated to an interesting interview of Sarah, discussing what the recording process was like alongside legendary composer Yasunori Mitsuda.
What was also revealed is a whole bunch of DLC arriving from the launch date onwards, providing aspiring soldiers extra supplies for the fight ahead and a closer look at the key characters in Valkyria Revolution. These range from special ragnite which can be unleashed during battles to scenario video vignettes to flesh out the important characters. And it’s all going to be available for free!
