Bendy and the Ink Machine brings first person horror to Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch

-

Ready to solve the riddle and escape the workshop? Bendy and the Ink Machine is here – but in order to survive you’ll need to make sure you fear that machine!

Available from today on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch (with a previous full release on PC), Bendy and the Ink Machine drops you into the shoes of Henry, as he takes in a first person puzzling action horror that sees him visiting the demons of his past – falling into the sketchy madness of a cartoonish nightmare.

Playing out with plenty of twists and turns at every opportunity, Bendy and the Ink Machine comes with a rather brilliant art style, ensuring that you will, quite possible, never be able to watch a cartoon in the same way once again. Yep, this may ruin your childhood memories, but it’ll all be for a good cause.

Priced at £21.19 and available from all the usual digital stores – the Xbox Store is this way folks – if you fancy yourself as some kind of puzzle horror freak and want to take in a game that runs you through the days of animation gone by, then Bendy and the Ink Machine most certainly looks to suffice.

In fact, even if you have previously played Bendy on PC, then the chance to take in this edition in full form – as opposed to the original episodic release – with the brand new 5th and final chapter “The Last Reel” included, should not be ignored.

Just expect a lot of surreal, a lot of horror and a lot of mystery behind the tale of Bendy and the Ink Machine.

Game Description:

Bendy and the Ink Machineâ„¢ is a first-person puzzle action horror game that begins in the far days past of animation and ends in a very dark future. Play as Henry as he revisits the demons of his past by exploring the abandoned animator’s workshop of Joey Drew Studios. With twists and turns around every corner, Bendy and the Ink Machineâ„¢ is sure to thrill you… and decimate your childhood. You’ll never look at cartoons the same way again.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
