We’ve known about Black Desert for Xbox One for some time, in fact, it was back at E3 2017 that Microsoft first announced the open world fantasy MMO would be hitting the console. But now, as 2018 starts to fade away comes the news that an Open Beta is on the cards – with the access dates revealing it is just around the corner.
Edit: Further to this there is now also a final Open Beta for Black Desert on Xbox One running between 14th-17th Feb 2019. Make sure you check it out.
So, coming to Xbox One between November 8th-12th 2018 will be the Open Beta for Black Desert. With the full game featuring console exclusive gameplay away from the PC world that it thrives on, this is one rather exciting announcement and will surely drag in many a player… especially when you take in to account the fact that Black Desert Online has more than 10 million PC players holding it together.
The Open Beta for Xbox one won’t be the first time Xbox gamers can get hands on with the game though and if you are visiting TwitchCon 2018 will find it debuting to the public. From October 26th-28th, TwitchCon attendees are encouraged to visit and experience Black Desert on Xbox One at the Pearl Abyss Lounge, Booth #1711, for a hands-on demo, the chance to win exclusive swag, and photo opportunities.
Built from the ground up for console, and coming with stunning 4K quality, Black Desert aims to achieve the most fluid and responsive MMORPG gameplay that’s possible with a controller interface.
