Springbot: The Last Spark arrives on PC and console with a colourful adventure that feels happy to wear its retro influences on its robotic sleeve. Across forests, caverns and towering cliffs, players are tasked with guiding the energetic little machine through a world that’s fallen into chaos, all while attempting to restore the memories of a civilisation of forgotten robots.
Launching on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Play Anywhere, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, this is a platformer that keeps things simple: jump well, explore thoroughly and don’t fall into the spikes.

One Small Robot, One Big Job
The world of Springbot isn’t exactly running smoothly. As the last remaining robot capable of helping, Springbot must gather precious gems to power the Great Heart, a mysterious force capable of restoring order and bringing lost memories back to fellow machines.
And it’s the movement which is the star of the show – as the title suggests. Springbot’s spring-loaded legs allow him to bound across gaps, reach hidden areas and navigate maze-like stages filled with crates, enemies and traps. Rather than relying on complex combat systems, much of the challenge comes from mastering movement and carefully exploring each level.
There are 35 stages to work through in total, with plenty of opportunities to revisit them in search of faster completion times, extra coins and missed secrets.
Bringing A Friend Along
For those who prefer company, Springbot: The Last Spark also includes co-op play, allowing two players to tackle the adventure together.
And if the standard campaign isn’t enough, Glitch Mode offers an additional challenge for players looking to test their platforming skills.
Ready To Bounce Into Action?
Springbot: The Last Spark is available now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Play Anywhere (via the Xbox Store), PlayStation (have the PlayStation Store link too) and Nintendo Switch.
If you’re looking for a colourful platforming adventure with plenty of collectibles, secrets and spring-powered movement, this little robot may be worth lending a helping hand.
