Fancy involving yourself with the ultimate jailbreak? One Escape is out now on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch – with full next-gen optimisation in place.

Coming from the Ratalaika Games porting team, after having been developed by BUG-Studio, One Escape sees you taking charge of three mates who have decided to head on out to rob a bank. Unfortunately for these guys though, this robbery goes wrong, the cops show up and the trio get banged up – and all for good reason.

From there though it is up to you to help them break out, attempting to find freedom as fast, and as safely, as possible. You’ll need to ensure that they don’t get spotted by the guards, you’ll have to help them hunt down keycards, and you’ll need to ensure they don’t succumb to various pitfalls.

60 levels in total make up the entirety of One Escape, and when you consider the low asking price – £4.99 from the Xbox Store – that seems like cracking value for money. What with it being a Ratalaika title, chances are this one will be full of cheap and easy Gamerscore too – and we love cheap and easy Gamerscore.

Features include:

  • * 60 levels to escape
  • * Three characters with unique abilities
  • * Challenging levels with puzzles and traps

Our full review of One Escape on Xbox Series X is currently in the works and will be with you in the coming days. If you’re sold on what it delivers though, just head to the Xbox Store, the PlayStation Store or the Nintendo eShop

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
