It has been revealed that physics based puzzler Bridge Constructor Portal is coming soon to a retail store near you and it won’t be arriving alone either, with the two other titles in the Bridge Constructor series from developers ClockStone Software being packaged with it too!
Later this summer, a Bridge Constructor Portal package is getting a physical release on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, priced at $29.99. Bridge Constructor Portal is based on Valve’s acclaimed Portal franchise, tasking you with building bridges, ramps and such to safely transport Bendies through various challenging test chambers at the Aperture Science lab. You’ll need to make use of portals, repulsion and propulsion gels, and faith plates to bypass hazards like pools of acid, lasers and sentries. And of course, GLaDOS – voiced by Ellen McLain – is never too far away to offer some words of wisdom and ‘helpful’ tips for the tricky levels ahead.
Also included in the package are both the original Bridge Constructor and its sequel, Bridge Constructor Stunts. In Bridge Constructor, players take on the role of engineer and architect in order to design unique constructions which can survive the stress test of cars and tricks driving over them, without collapsing. The more thrilling Bridge Constructor Stunts sees ramps and loops built to allow vehicles to pull off spectacular stunts and skilfully reach the end of each stage.
“We love seeing the highly creative and unique approaches players take in the Bridge Constructor series,” said Gregor Ebert, PR Manager of Headup Games. “You can really innovate and create your own victory path in each of these games, so we’re excited to share each of these challenging experiences in a single bundle.”
The Bridge Constructor Portal package, developed by ClockStone Software and Headup Games, and distributed by Nighthawk Interactive for the retail release, will be available at participating stores on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in late Summer 2018 for $29.99.
