Bring a gun to a swordfight in Knights & Guns

-

Knights & Guns Xbox

Knights typically use a sword and shield to do all their regular killing for them. But these are not regular enemies you are taking on. Find out how a knight wields a gun in Knights & Guns, out today on Xbox.

You are still a knight that needs to save the world, but your opponents in Knights & Guns are distinctively otherworldly. Fight hordes of undead, mutants, aliens and more in this arcade shoot ‘em up.

Oh, there is one more thing to note. These knights aren’t quite as adept with a gun as they would be a sword, so can only point and shoot upwards. But you’re playing on a 2D plane so that shouldn’t cause too much of a problem. Should it?

With over 150 levels, an endless mode, 32 weapons and fully playable in co-op, that’s a lot of bang for your buck. Our review here has all the details you need to know.

Knights & Guns is on the Xbox Store now priced at £7.99. Let us know in the comments below if you will be picking this game up.

Game description

Inspired by the classics, developed for the modern audiences. A classic revenge story set in a medieval fantasy world… with a touch of deadly modern firepower just to turn things up to eleven. Fight through the armies of undead, mutants, aliens, machines and beasts in order to get back what is rightfully yours and bring some semblance of peace back to the land. Who knows – if you’re thorough enough you might even discover the history of the kingdom itself, long lost to the scholars of the realm. Knights & Guns brings you to a dangerous world where you will fight, alongside your friend, against demons, ghouls & ghosts. Use shotguns, lasers and the power of chivalry to overcome every obstacle. Become the best version of a knight – one with a gun. Knight in shining armor, fight your way… with Guns!
