Bus World
Bus World – not your usual bus sim

Forget following a strict timetable on a quiet suburban route. A brand-new simulation game that plunges you into emergency rescue missions during natural and man-made disasters has just arrived on the Xbox Store.

Bus World is a high-stakes adventure from developer KishMish Games and Ultimate Games, and it is now available on Xbox Series X|S for £16.74.

Bus World is a game about transporting passengers under the most extreme conditions, where every journey demands heart, skill, and the ability to navigate a world that is actively trying to destroy you.

Three Scenarios, Three Worlds

Bus World is split into scenarios that take you across diverse maps, each with its own unique atmosphere and set of deadly challenges.

  • Pripyat and the Power Plant (Chornobyl, 1986) – You will drive through a realistic recreation of Pripyat and the surrounding area before and after the nuclear disaster. Your mission shifts from standard bus driver duties to high-stakes evacuating civilians and assisting clean-up crews, all while navigating the hidden dangers of radiation.
  • Southern Chaos (China, Iceland) – Your missions will take you far beyond the Exclusion Zone. You’ll navigate Southern China, braving extreme weather like tsunamis, floods, earthquakes, and tornadoes on steep, narrow jungle roads. You’ll then head to Iceland, where you must face volcanic eruptions, geysers, and remote off-road routes across stunning yet hazardous terrain.

Beyond the Wheel

Bus World features three main types of scenarios: Standard transport missions, Mechanical breakdown challenges (where engine overheating makes keeping to schedule hard), and Disaster survival and rescue operations. This is no Bus Stop Shuffle, not is it the upcoming Bus Bound

You’ll need to prepare for off-roading, rough terrain, and high-risk situations. As you successfully complete missions and face unexpected problems, you’ll earn experience to unlock new buses, powerful upgrades, and increasingly intense scenarios.

For those who prefer to explore, there is also a Free Mode where you can create your own routes and travel across the game maps at your own pace.

Your Dispatcher’s Briefing

Here is a bulleted summary of what you can expect from this unique simulation:

  • Disaster Survival Scenarios: Transport passengers during man-made and natural disasters.
  • Three Unique Maps: Drive through the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, Southern China (Tsunamis/Earthquakes), and Iceland (Volcanic Eruptions).
  • Diverse Challenges: Includes standard missions, mechanical breakdowns, and off-roading across rough terrain.
  • Progression System: Earn experience to unlock new buses, upgrades, and increasingly intense scenarios.

The passengers are waiting, the weather forecast is impossible, and the clock is ticking. If you’re looking for a high-stakes simulation game that pushes the boundaries of the genre, Bus World is ready for your ultimate challenge on the Xbox Store right now.
