If it’s riddle solving you want and secrets you crave, it’ll be the opportunity to open Seven Doors that appeals.

Seven Doors from the SOEDESCO and Indigo Studios teams is a new first person puzzle game in which you’ll be left to work your way through a host of secrets, all as you look to decipher a secret language, survive deadly traps and make your way through the titular Seven Doors.

Playing out with various ideas, whether that be as a dark, antique baroque-inspired game, or as a giant game of chess, SEVEN DOORS will be sure to awaken your wits as it makes its way to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

Already available on PC through Steam (Mostly Positive reviews since release in 2020), Seven Doors arrives on console to subject a whole new segment of the gaming community to the puzzles it holds within. Sold as a perfect game for an evening of puzzle action – whether that be alone or with friends, like we did in We Were Here Forever – the main aim of Seven Doors is to make it through the seventh door, escaping to safety.

With a couple of hours of gameplay found within, it’ll be the seven different atmospheres and enigmas which take up most of your time, leaving you to try and understand what is needed in order to solve all that is thrust your way.

The key features sit as…

  • Explore seven enigmas behind seven different doors, each with their own unique atmosphere
  • Engage in approximately 2-3 hours of challenging puzzle-solving gameplay
  • Get engrossed in a rich soundtrack highly praised by reviewers
  • Discover even more secret enigmas after the seventh door in this expanded version of the game

We’re looking to go in search of the keys needed in order to open up Seven Doors on Xbox, providing our review thoughts in the process. Until that time though, you can grab a copy of the game from the Xbox Store, playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, on PlayStation or on Nintendo Switch. Of course, you may already have played it on Steam. It’ll only cost you around £3.99.

Game Description:

In this first-person puzzle game, solve riddles, decipher secret languages and survive deadly traps in seven different atmospheres filled with mystery and enigma. Immerse yourself in unique environments: whether it’s a dark, antique baroque-inspired atmosphere or a giant chess game, no two rooms are the same. Test your puzzle-solving skills and find out what lies beyond the seventh door, that is, if you make it through all seven.
