Teku has a gift – and he must use it to save his tribe’s shaman from a rival tribe, the Wakcha. For Teku’s left hand is nothing more than a simple candle, but as simple as it is, it must be used wisely in order for Teku to carry out his quest – bringing light to the darkest of areas and warning off a variety of enemies in Candle: The Power of the Flame.
With a number of dangerous traps and obstacles standing in Teku’s way, as well as some fiendish puzzles along the path, you as the player will be navigating the beautiful, natural, watercolor environments using Teku’s candle to spot elements around your surroundings that could come in use, hopefully culminating in taking another step in resistance against the Wakcha.
If you can take your eyes away from the astounding hand-drawn visuals and ears away from flaring South-American beats accompanying the soothing narrator, then you will find Candle: The Power of the Flame is a neat little puzzle-platformer that can be enjoyed by all.
