Chuck’s Challenge coming to Xbox One

2026's Best Games

Chuck’s Challenge is a game that first caught our eye a month or so back when it was originally destined for Steam only, Now however, we’re getting hyped for an Xbox One release.

Also available on the Android mobile platform (it’s really rather good on there!), this 3D puzzler sees Chuck relaxing happily on the beach when he gets whisked away to another world by an alien; Woop. You see, Woop has heard all about Chuck’s legendary game designing skills and wants him to create puzzle worlds for him and his alien ‘pets’ to play around in.

There are looking like being 125 levels in all but the real joy comes from being able to create your own puzzle areas which you can then play. We’d expect the ID@XBOX powered Xbox One version of the game to run roughly along the same lines as that found on Steam and Android, but until things are confirmed, we’ll never know!

Still with me? Nah, didn’t think so. It’s probably best if you watch the original Steam trailer below and then hang around whilst we update you with a release date and that kinda stuff at a later time.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
