I get the impression that the Vikings would have enjoyed UNO. It can’t have all been about pillaging and invading, they must have enjoyed their downtime too. In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla we got to see them enjoying rap battles and dice game, so how about a game of UNO or two to go with their mead? Find out how the Vikings play cards with the UNO Valhalla DLC, available now on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.
For the first time in UNO, the board you play on becomes part of the gameplay:
- Discard your cards wisely to travel across the board and collect precious cargo to unlock exclusive perks.
- Collect cargo to engage in card fights with your opponents to slow them down and use your longboat to discard several cards at once.
- Immerse yourself in the Viking fantasy: play your cards to the rhythm of the epic Assassin’s Creed Valhalla soundtrack.
But the traditional UNO gameplay is still here, and it won’t be long before Eivor and the others will be playing pickup and reverse cards on each other. As well as a new way to UNO, there will be several other nods to AC:Valhalla including the sounds and music, unique card backs and environments.
If Valhalla doesn’t suit your UNO stylings, then why not check out some of the other packs available: There is Far Cry 6, Immortals: Fenyx Rising and even a special 50th Anniversary themed pack.
However, if the Viking life is the life for you, the UNO Valhalla DLC is on the Xbox Store now priced at £3.99.
