Should you still be attempting to survive the brutal, open-world Exiled lands of Conan Exiles then the latest DLC pack, Blood and Sand may pique your interest. It looks to bring an array of new cosmetic content, including arena building pieces, armor and weapons.
The Blood and Sand pack for Conan Exiles is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, with a price tag of £8.79 on the Xbox Store – for those on PlayStation and PC, please check your platform’s respective store to purchase it. Owning this pack will enable you to gain access to 29 building pieces for arenas and vaults, with 15 new war banners on top of that to decorate your new arena or castle. There are 15 armor pieces, providing light, medium and heavy options as well as 19 additional weapons possessing the same power as the iron weapons.
Be aware that the DLC adds a host of fresh visual options, but does not provide any in-game advantage in terms of power because these new items have stats that are comparable to existing items.
A free update has also released alongside the Blood and Sand pack, containing various bug fixes, new items and a PvP overhaul. It introduces the Battle Standard, which can be placed in order to create PvP zones; this will allow players to create massive arenas and fighting pits, even on the PvE servers, but don’t worry if it’s not your thing as participating in PvP on PvE servers is completely optional.
