When you’ve got a series of games that have picked up hundreds of millions of plays, it kind of makes sense to bring those games to the Xbox world. That’s what is happening with the release of Prizma Puzzle Prime.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is Prizma Puzzle Prime, running off the back of the original Prizma Puzzle web games that popped up a decade or so ago. We’ll admit, we don’t remember them.

What we have here on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is Prizma Puzzle Prime, a console specific version of that franchise. It comes fully optimised for the new-gen consoles of Xbox Series X and S, as well as dropping in Smart Delivery for good measure; no matter what console you are playing this on, you’ll be treated to the best version possible.

Priced at £4.19 and delivered via the SilenGames team, they recently behind Lost Snowmen and Super Ninja Miner, Prizma Puzzle Prime tasks you with the connection of nodes, utilising the isometric gameplay to your advantage. Linking things up is the name of the game, with this Xbox version including a host of content from those games of yesteryear – just with new elements, enhanced visuals and better sound.

We’ll find out how it plays in our full review of Prizma Puzzle Prime on Xbox Series X|S. Stay tuned for that but for now you can hit up the Xbox Store and grab a download.

Game Description:

Tile-based puzzle game with smooth and addictive gameplay, old-school isometric graphics and excellent music. The player’s task is to connect nodes which have various functions. The original Prizma Puzzle web games were released from 2009 to 2011 and included 4 games. They have been played hundreds of millions of times online. Prizma Puzzle Prime includes content from past games, new elements, enhanced graphics, visual and sound effects.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
