It’s just a couple of short months until EA Sports UFC 2 releases and today a brand new gameplay trailer has been released alongside the confirmed release date. Prepare to witness the force of Conor McGregor!
EA have announced that EA Sports UFC 2 will release on March 15th in North America, swiftly followed a couple of days later on March 17th for the rest of the world. You’ll be able to pick it up on either Xbox One or PS4.
But that’s not all. Alongside the release confirmation comes a brand new trailer, showing off the authentic gameplay features, new character visuals, animations and some of the biggest moments from recent bouts. With UFC featherweight champ, Conor McGregor in place, watch below as you get to check out the all-new Knockout Physics System, Dynamic Grappling and Next Level Submissions.
“Whether fans want to play upcoming cards, recreate the outcome of recent fights, or go back to fight with MMA legends, we’ll help them do that in the most authentic and exciting way ever in an MMA simulation,” said Brian Hayes, Creative Director. “Our first two pre-order fighters, Bas Rutten and Kazushi Sakuraba are perfect additions to what is already the biggest roster ever for an official UFC game. Adding them is huge, and fans are going to go nuts when we reveal who the mystery fighter is. I can’t wait.”
EA Sports 2 will bring in five brand new game modes including the UFC Ultimate Team, a revamped and reworked Career Mode including female fighters and the KO Mode. We will of course remind you when it arrives for purchase!
