Once upon a time the console scene was bereft of simulators. Previously kept back for PC users to explore, the switch to console and its limited game controllers was seemingly too much for developers of simulations to bear. But all that has changed in recent years and now we can drive trains, become part of the fire brigade or run full-blown airports. Much of it has been a life worth leaving alone, but now we get to go right back to the very start, with a Construction Simulator that has made its way from the mobile scene.
Available for purchase and download right now on Xbox One is Construction Simulator 2 US – Console Edition. Now, we don’t know, nor particularly care what happened to the original game, but what we do know is that after taking the mobile world by storm, CS2 is now here on Xbox One. How exciting!
Construction Simulator 2 US – Console Edition will let you jump into the cab of some behemoths of the construction world, letting you play around with licensed construction vehicles from the likes of Caterpillar, Liebherr, Palfinger, Bell, STILL, ATLAS, Mack Trucks, MEILLER Kipper, and Kenworth.
What you do with them is completely your call, but it’s always good to start at the bottom and excavating should not be ignored. Pouring concrete is also a well known ‘fun’ job in the construction industry and paving roads before spending time driving over them in massive trucks is surely something that cannot be ignored.
