Those hip people over at Double Fine have come together with Midnight City to give a Halloween themed delight a sequel later this year for consoles.
We are of course talking about Costume Quest 2, as revealed in the unorthodox announcement trailer below. Although no exact date has been specified you can imagine it won’t be too far away from Halloween itself.
You’ll see the return of Wren and Reynold once more as they battle to protect Halloween from the horrors that lurk. Expect to find a story worth paying attention to and a battle system that’s sweeter than ever. If you’ve got plans for Halloween maybe put them on hold to make a valiant reappearance in Auburn Pines.
