The Culling to arrive on Xbox One as a Game Preview title

You may have heard of The Culling. After a rather successful Steam Early Access arrival in which it shifted over 500,000 copies, the developers, Xaviant have announced that it will soon be coming to Xbox One as a Game Preview title.

The Culling provides a thrilling, highly focused survival experience. You get twenty minutes in which you’ll need to scavenge, craft and hunt in a battle against other contestants. You’ll need to prepare for skill-testing, slaughter-filled competition as players give it their all to survive. Sixteen may enter the blood soaked island, but only one can come out alive.

“Working with Microsoft and releasing The Culling on Xbox Game Preview is a dream come true,” says Josh Van Veld, director of operations at Xaviant. “We’re thrilled to bring our flavor of adrenaline-filled, competitive battle royale to Xbox fans worldwide.”

No arrival date has yet been set, but as soon as we hear about one, we’ll certainly let you know!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
