There’s been a bit of a push of gamers into the magic of Alice in Wonderland in recent times, with numerous games making the most of the universe. Today it’s a puzzler that comes to the fore, as Alice in Wonderland – a jigsaw puzzle tale does what it says on the tin, providing Xbox players with a number of Alice-themed jigsaw puzzles to work through. There’s nothing curious about this one.
From the QUByte Interactive and Mens Sana Interactive teams, Alice in Wonderland – a jigsaw puzzle tale is a world away from the likes of Alice: Madness Returns. In fact, the closest we can get would be the recent release of Wonderland Nights: White Rabbit’s Diary, but even then, we’re pushing things.
See, Alice in Wonderland – a jigsaw puzzle tale is, well, a jigsaw puzzler, one which will have you filling your grids, slotting in pieces in order to progress a story. We’ve not yet played it – but will be for full review – but we think you can probably guess as to how the narrative plays out.
Twelve illustrations are in place in all, with these created by Katia Numakura, all designed with love for the Alice in Wonderlands tale. From the screenshots and trailer, Alice in Wonderland – a jigsaw puzzle tale looks pretty decent to us. It should certainly be a neat little addition for anyone wishing to find more depth to the tale.
Helped along by a £4.19 price tag – something which QUByte has embraced with recent releases – and there could well be no reason for anyone tempted by this one to not go all-in with a purchase of Alice in Wonderland – a jigsaw puzzle tale from the Xbox Store.
Alice in Wonderland – a jigsaw puzzle tale is playable on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, running as a strictly single player affair. But hey, you didn’t want to share your puzzle time with anyone else anyways, did you?
