Ready for some vampire slaying action? Damsel is here and today it is launching on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

Available to purchase and download on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, Damsel comes about via the creative team at Screwtape Studios to deliver an arcade styled vampire slaying platformer in which a dark yet cartoony world comes to life. And it is in here where you’ll discover the frantic gameplay action which crosses comic book visuals with a smattering of storytelling as you dash your way through a variety of arenas in order to vanquish vampires, disarmb bombs, and rescue some hostages.

Running with a price point of £12.99, Damsel brings in three episodes of Damsel’s adventure, ensuring that you get access to no less than 75 action packed missions that sees the Special Agent Damsel investigate the vampire-owned Red Mist Beverage Corporation. See, the word on the street is that the Red Mist is creating a “secret menu” drink containing real human blood. Surely not!?

Damsel promises to provide a gameplay style that just won’t let you go, with a classic arcade vibe running things throughout, and a Chillout mode that will let you just enjoy the gameplay without worrying about the silly things in life – like dying. Drop in some extra little challenges, and a soundtrack that just keeps on giving, and Damsel on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch promises much.
