If you read our previous piece on Dark Souls III you’ll know that we are unbelievably pumped for From Software’s latest game. Personally, I’ve been trawling the internet, almost non-stop, for information and updates on the title. And while the rumours were plenty, I hadn’t found too much reputable news, at least until yesterday.
To my amazement, on March 1st a relatively underground YouTuber released the first of a 3 part series of Dark Souls III gameplay. According to the description, certain players got a taste of the upcoming game at an early access event last week.
From the looks of things, Dark Souls III is shaping up to be truly excellent. We love the return to the gothic setting of the first game, and the spoken dialogue is a fantastic addition. The combat mechanics have also been fine-tuned, as we see the player dodging strikes and projectiles by minimal margins.
