DOA6 Alluring Mandarin Dress Set

If there is one series of games that is seemingly happy to continue throwing out premium DLC pieces on a regular basis, it’s Dead or Alive. After running the downloadable content route with previous games, Dead or Alive 6 is no different and today – once more – we see the need to open the wallet with the return of the Alluring Mandarin costume sets.

Working as a revival piece from past games, the Dead or Alive 6 Alluring Mandarin Dress Set is the latest DLC drop for the game, once more requesting users to pay up more cash in order to see new kit and gear worn by their favourite characters.

With Season 4 of the content pathway in place and just recently having thrown out the [Revival] DOA6 Maid Costume Set and “Nova” Sci-Fi Body Suit Set we again see the Revival opportuniites in place with the Mandarin kit.

Priced up at ÂŁ15.99 for the full [Revival] DOA6 Alluring Mandarin Dress Set which includes a return to form for 17 of the female characters in the game, should you be a hardcore Dead or Alive 6 player then chances are you’ll be tempted by what this offers. But what characters get the Mandarin love? Well, all of the following…

  • Tina
  • Kokoro
  • La Mariposa
  • Mila
  • Honoka
  • Momiji
  • Kasumi
  • Leifang
  • Christie
  • Marie Rose
  • NiCO
  • Rachel
  • Helena
  • Ayane
  • Hitomi
  • Nyotengu
  • Phase 4

However, if you’re one of the many who prefer to hit the fighting scene with a couple of characters then the opportunity is there for you to grab each individual outfit for just ÂŁ1.69. With the huge array of costumes available for Dead or Alive 6 – and with the promise of more to come – unless you live life with an endless wallet, taking that individual character route may well be the best one to take.

You will need the base game of Dead or Alive 6 in place (and if you wish to know more about it our full review will happily provide), but from there the usual digital stores will sort you out. Just hit up the Xbox Store if you’re a DOA6 player on Xbox One and prepare to splash the cash once more.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
