Return To A Forgotten Corner Of Dreamlight Valley

Honeyglow Woods begins with an intriguing discovery waiting in your in-game mailbox. What starts as a mysterious package soon opens a magical gateway to a forgotten woodland where cherished memories and old friends have been hidden beneath an unsettling blanket of fog.

As you venture deeper into the woods, you’ll reunite with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore, helping each of them overcome the challenges keeping the once-peaceful area from returning to its former self. Along the way you’ll gradually restore the heart of the Honeyglow Woods while uncovering the mystery surrounding the towering Everoak Tree.

The expansion introduces four distinct new regions to explore, from flower-filled meadows and misty marshes to giant honeycomb-filled spaces that hide secrets around every corner.

Beekeeping, Pooh Sticks And Plenty Of New Activities

Honeyglow Woods isn’t simply about completing quests. Gameloft has added a range of cosy new activities that perfectly match the relaxed pace Disney Dreamlight Valley is known for.

Players can learn the art of beekeeping, restoring Busy Bees’ Houses to harvest Golden Honey. That honey then becomes a valuable ingredient for dozens of new recipes, furniture pieces and decorative items that can be used throughout your Valley.

The expansion also introduces Pooh Sticks, a charming new mini-game inspired directly by A.A. Milne’s classic stories. Gather friends, head to a bridge crossing the river and see whose chosen object reaches the finish line first. Elsewhere you’ll encounter adorable hedgehogs to befriend, discover hidden temples and forgotten forests, and strengthen your relationships with both familiar faces and brand-new companions.

A Sweet New Adventure For Dreamlight Valley Fans

Honeyglow Woods feels like one of Disney Dreamlight Valley’s most nostalgic expansions yet, blending heartfelt storytelling with meaningful new gameplay systems that go beyond simply adding another character to recruit.

When we reviewed Disney Dreamlight Valley, we scored it 4/5, saying: “I know I should be angry at Disney Dreamlight Valley. The decision to move from a paid experience to an even more paid experience is Ursula-like in its sheer evilness (worse, as Ursula sticks to her promises). I should be angry, but I’m only a few-thousand dreamlight away from affording a new area, and Rapunzel is soooo close to becoming a level 10 friend. There’s too much to be done. There’s no time to be angry.

If you’ve been waiting for another reason to return to your Valley, or simply want to spend time alongside some of Disney’s most beloved characters, Honeyglow Woods offers exactly the kind of cosy escape the game does so well.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: Honeyglow Woods is available now across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Early players who jump into the expansion before July 22nd will also receive the exclusive Rainy Day Winnie the Pooh Dream Style delivered directly to their in-game mailbox.
