Docked – coming to Xbox, PlayStation and PC

The masters of heavy-duty simulation are charting a new course – and they are doing it with Docked on Xbox, PlayStation and PC.

Saber Interactive, the acclaimed team behind hits like SnowRunner and Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, has today revealed its next realistic sim experience: Docked.

This new title will see you managing the daily operations of a bustling port in the aftermath of a devastating hurricane and is coming soon to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.

Revealed with a new announcement trailer, Docked promises an unparalleled level of immersion as you operate powerful machinery, restore a vital hub of commerce, and grow your family business from the ground up.

From Mud and Snow to Sea and Steel

Saber Interactive has carved out a reputation as the undisputed king of advanced, physics-based simulation games.

From the treacherous terrains of SnowRunner and Expeditions to the adventures of RoadCraft, the studio has a proven track record of delivering deep, rewarding, and incredibly detailed experiences.

With Docked, they are bringing that same level of expertise to the world of port management, a setting ripe for the kind of hands-on, heavy machinery gameplay that has become their signature.

Welcome to Port Wake

As the manager of the storm-ravaged Port Wake, it’s your job to get hands-on and save the family business. When the ships roll in, you will be in charge of every aspect of the day-to-day operations.

This is a true, hands-on simulation. You will take direct command of a fleet of realistic machines, from colossal ship-to-shore cranes to sturdy, heavy-duty tractors. You’ll need to master their raw power and precise handling to fulfill your contracts, tightening ropes, positioning materials, and optimising weight distribution as you navigate delicate cargo with little margin for error.

Every job, from the ship to the crane to the truck, is a vital piece of the business. You will take on important contracts, make high-priority cargo runs, and even perform repairs on your equipment under strict deadlines to keep the port growing and the freight moving.

Earn, Invest, and Expand

Your goal is to revitalize Port Wake one crane at a time. Every job you complete earns you cash that can be invested back into your business. You can purchase new and more powerful machinery, sign contracts to create new logistical chains, and build up your resources.

You’ll also be able to purchase new lots to store your vehicles and upgrade your fuel and power supplies as you conquer new milestones and expand the family business.

The tide is turning on a new and exciting chapter in the world of realistic simulation. With Saber Interactive’s unmatched pedigree and a fresh, compelling setting, Docked is poised to be another must-play for fans of deep, rewarding, and hands-on gameplay.

The manifest is clear: your new career in port management is set to begin soon. You’ll find pages up on the Xbox Store, PlayStation Store and for PC.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
