Dome Keeper
Dome Keeper – out now on Game Pass, Xbox and PC

Some games want you to relax. Dome Keeper wants you to survive – to drill through the earth, scrape together resources and hold off relentless alien assaults before your dome gives way. Relax? Nah.

Now launching on Xbox Series X|S, PC, handheld, Play Anywhere and Game Pass Day One, this acclaimed roguelike miner from Bippinbits and Raw Fury finally brings its mix of tension, strategy and mining mania to console players.

A New Home For A Cult Hit

Originally a PC success story, Dome Keeper now steps confidently into the Xbox ecosystem, complete with cross-device support and full day-one availability on Game Pass across Ultimate, Premium and PC tiers. For players who crave quick thinking and long-term planning in equal measure, this is a perfect fit.

If you want a little something extra, the £17.49 Deluxe Edition adds bonus cosmetics across two Keeper types – the Hardened Suit and Vigilant Owl for the Engineer, and the Arcane Cloak and Baby Sea Dragon for the Assessor. No gameplay advantage, just pure style.

Dig, Defend, Develop – Your Daily Loop Of Survival

At its core, Dome Keeper is a race against time. Waves of alien creatures close in from the surface while you delve below for copper, iron, cobalt and the relics that unlock your most powerful upgrades. Every descent is a risk. Every sprint back to the dome is a gamble. And every run is different thanks to procedurally generated terrain.

Armed with only your drill and Keeper tools, you carve your way through layered earth. Somewhere down there are the upgrades you desperately need. But every second you spend digging is a second the aliens use to gather at your dome’s doorstep. It’s a constant tug-of-war between curiosity and caution.

Defend The Dome Or Watch It Shatter

Once the sirens flare, it’s time to swap mining gear for weapons. Each dome type provides different defensive capabilities as swarms attack from land and air. Some enemies chip you down slowly, others smash through shields in seconds. Smart upgrades matter – your life depends on them.

Whether you favour hardier dome shields, faster drilling, improved movement or high-tech gadgets, each run allows you to sculpt a new strategy. You’ll choose between two Keeper classes, four domes and various play modifiers that dramatically change how you survive.

A Growing Community And A New Wave Of Players

With its arrival on Xbox and Game Pass, Dome Keeper is primed to reach an entirely new crowd of survival fans. It doesn’t overcomplicate itself. It doesn’t waste your time. It drops you into danger, hands you a drill and says, “See how long you last.”

Honestly, for us, that’s all we want. But we will let you know how it plays, with a full review on the way.
