The world of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT continues to expand, with DAIMA – Adventure Through The Demon Realm Part 2 now officially available, bringing the climactic chapter of the Demon Realm saga to players across console and PC.

Drawing directly from the brand-new Dragon Ball DAIMA anime series, this latest DLC delivers new playable characters, dangerous enemy factions and a showdown that pushes Goku and his allies to their limits.

Available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch (including Nintendo Switch 2 compatibility), Part 2 builds on the foundations laid in the first DAIMA chapter, while remaining fully accessible even if you skipped earlier content.

A Journey Deeper Into The Demon Realm

Adventure Through The Demon Realm Part 2 sends players further into uncharted territory, opening up both the Second Demon World and the First Demon World. These new regions introduce darker environments, tougher encounters and a growing sense of urgency as the hunt for the Demon Realm’s Dragon Balls reaches its conclusion.

Each area is filled with enemies inspired by the DAIMA storyline, reinforcing the more sinister tone of this arc while retaining the signature blend of exploration and combat that defines KAKAROT.

Standing in the way of progress are powerful foes such as Tamagami Number Two, guardian of the Two-Star Dragon Ball, alongside the heavily armed Gendarmerie Tank and the elite Gendarmerie Force. These battles test mastery of combat systems, transformations and team synergy, leading to a decisive confrontation with the formidable King Gomah.

Expanded Playable Roster

DAIMA Part 2 introduces new playable variations, including Vegeta (Mini) and Goku (Super Saiyan 4), adding fresh combat styles and devastating abilities. These new forms are central to overcoming the increasingly dangerous opposition found within the Demon Realm.

Alongside new characters, the DLC expands progression with additional transformation forms, Super Attacks, and Soul Emblems, offering more ways to customise builds and strengthen bonds between characters.

What’s Included In DAIMA – Adventure Through The Demon Realm Part 2

  • New DAIMA story scenario
  • Second Demon World and First Demon World maps
  • New playable characters and forms
  • Additional transformation abilities
  • New Super Attacks
  • New Soul Emblems
  • Major story climax featuring King Gomah

This DLC can be accessed without completing the main story or DAIMA Part 1 and is also included in the DAIMA: Adventure Through The Demon Realm Pack. Duplicate purchases should be avoided.

A Strong Fit For Long-Time Fans

Back in our 4/5 review of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT, we praised it as “the best re-telling of the epic sagas to date,” noting how well the open-world RPG structure served longtime fans of the series.

DAIMA – Adventure Through The Demon Realm Part 2 continues in that same spirit, offering lore-rich storytelling and fan-service-heavy moments that reward those invested in Goku’s long-running journey.

With DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT now surpassing 10 million units sold, it’s clear that demand for meaningful post-launch content remains strong – and this latest expansion delivers a fitting conclusion to the DAIMA storyline.

A Climactic End To The DAIMA Saga

By blending new anime-inspired storytelling with familiar mechanics and characters, DAIMA – Adventure Through The Demon Realm Part 2 rounds off its narrative arc with confidence.

Whether you’ve followed DAIMA from the start or are jumping in fresh, this DLC offers a substantial slice of content that reinforces why DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT continues to resonate years after launch. The Xbox Store, or the digital storefront of your choosing, awaits.
