dragon ball z kakarot a new power awakens part 1

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot arrived back in January to deliver a tale of hardship, rivalries and friendship, all bundled up with the usual Dragon Ball Z pizzazz. Today though we see the arrival of the first couple of expansions for the game, with Season Pass holders gaining access to a whole new tale and an extra music compilation pack dropping in for good measure.

Available to purchase and add into your Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot game right this minute are two new options – the rather gorgeous Music Compilation Pack for ÂŁ11.99, and the first addition to the Season Pass in the form of A NEW POWER AWAKENS – PART 1.

Taking the latter first and ‘A New Power Awakens – Part 1’ is the first piece of downloadable content for the game, allowing those who have previously purchased the Season Pass the opportunity to unlock Super Saiyan God Vegeta and Super Saiyan God Goku transformations, new Super Attacks, a Combo Level Unlock, additional Soul Emblems, further items which are able to increase EXP and a ton more.

Accessible at any time from the base game storyline, these new transformations can then be used throughout the game. It covers a boss battle episode in which Goku and Vegeta will face the powerful Beerus without their full range of support items. The question is, will you be able to take up this challenge?

To get involved then you just need to have both the base game of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot on Xbox One, PS4 or PC, and then ensure you’ve also picked up the Season Pass too. With Part 2 of A New Power Awakens coming further down the line, ow is as good a time as any to discover a whole new Dragon Ball Z tale.

Further to all that though comes the Music Compilation Pack. Costing £11.99, this will give you the chance to change up the Field and Battle Background music to songs from the anime versions of Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball Kai. The following 11 songs are included.

  • – MAKAFUSHIGI ADVENTURE!
  • – ROMANTIC AGERUYO
  • – WE GOTTA POWER
  • – DETEKOI TOBIKIRI ZENKAI POWER
  • – BOKUTACHIHA TENSHIDATTA
  • – Dragon Soul
  • – UNMEINO HI ~TAMASHII VS – TAMASHII~
  • – DRAGON BALL Z” BGM (TV)
  • – KAIBUTSU FRIEZA VS DENSETSUNO SUPER SAIYANS
  • – YAPPARI SAIKYO SONGOKU!! (WE GOTTA POWER)
  • – SOLID STATE SCOUTER
