The bloodbath continues with new Texas Chain Saw Massacre DLC

The bloodbath continues as new outfit packs have arrived for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

Available now for the asymmetrical horror game based on the iconic film franchise, present on the Xbox Store (and other platforms), these packs let you customise your favourite Victims and Family members with fresh, and sometimes surprisingly stylish, looks.

Just remember: you’ll need the base game, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, to use these cosmetic DLCs.

Three New Ways to Slay (or Flee) in Style

Here’s a breakdown of the new outfit packs:

  • The Texas Chain Saw Massacre – Sonny Outfit Pack 3: Give Sonny a new look. It is priced at £4.19.
  • The Texas Chain Saw Massacre – Sunday Best Outfit Pack: Dress up your favourite characters in their Sunday best. Time for some fun. It will cost you £4.19.
  • The Texas Chain Saw Massacre – Denim Outfit Pack: Some new threads for the gang, all denim. £4.19 from the Xbox Store.

While these packs are purely cosmetic, they offer a fun way to personalise your gameplay experience.

Whether you want to make your Victims look a little more resilient or give your Family members a touch of unexpected style, these outfits provide new options for expressing yourself in the gruesome world of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

Still on the Fence? Read Our Review!

If you haven’t yet experienced the terror of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, we gave it a 4/5 in our review. We praised the game’s unique asymmetrical dynamic, saying: “I’ve enjoyed The Texas Chain Saw Massacre more than the comparable Dead by Daylight. The dynamic feels different, with three Family members working together to chase the victims. However, whichever way you play, you’ll find that everything works better still with a bit of communication – and it feels like most folk are happy to play mute. Still, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is well worth a look. I mean, what have you got to lose? Except possibly your life?

Just remember to communicate with your team… or you might end up as Leatherface’s next victim, no matter how stylish you look!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
