Isla Sombra is presented as a living environment where rival gangs, corrupt authorities and local militia groups all create potential obstacles. Players are constantly balancing expansion against exposure, deciding whether to avoid trouble, negotiate their way through it or confront challenges head-on.
The island itself becomes part of the experience, encouraging exploration as you establish new hideouts, improve facilities and strengthen your position.
And one of the biggest additions in Drug Dealer Simulator 2 is the inclusion of cooperative play. Up to three players can work together to build an operation, dividing responsibilities and sharing resources as they attempt to create the most successful organisation possible.
Of course, working together doesn’t necessarily mean everything will run smoothly. The freedom offered by the sandbox design means plenty of opportunities for chaos, unexpected decisions and memorable moments with friends.

Drug Dealer Simulator 2 arrives on consoles following a successful PC (Steam) run that has helped establish the franchise as one of the more unusual entries in the simulation genre.
Its blend of first-person exploration, management systems, open-world progression and cooperative gameplay has earned it a dedicated audience, and now Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 players can finally discover whether Isla Sombra’s criminal underworld is worth stepping into.
The game is available now on Xbox Series X|S (via the Xbox Store) and PlayStation 5. The Xbox Store also plays homes to the £36.24 priced Drug Dealer Simulator 1 & 2 Bundle. If you want in on both games, this is easily your best bet. Don’t expect to find them on Game Pass though.
