Bananitro – speeding onto Xbox and PC

The secret to reaching insane, physics-defying speeds has finally been revealed, and it’s… bananas?!

A new, frenetic 2D runner that combines monkeys, bicycles, and a unique gravity mechanic has just pedalled its way onto the Xbox and PC stores. And that game? No, it’s not Super Monkey Ball. It’s Bananitro.

Bananitro has launched on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC. This new title from developer Inventario and publishers Bad Minions and Little Giant is available right now, with prices starting at just ÂŁ4.19.

Prepare to race with Monkey and his bike, using the power of “Bananitro” to ride on walls, perform crazy manoeuvres, and make jumps that defy the laws of physics.

The Power of Bananitro

In Bananitro, you will race with Monkey and his trusty bike across 30 levels full of varied challenges. To succeed, you’ll need to eat bananas to fuel your “Bananitro,” which will allow you to reach insane speeds and overcome a variety of obstacles that require agility, skill, and precision.

This is a game where there are no rules for fun. You are encouraged to race your way, whether that’s being fast, bold, fearless, or completely unpredictable. You’ll need to use your creativity to conquer the races and surprise at every turn, as the only limit is your imagination.

And better still? For the achievement hunters out there, Bananitro arrives with a huge bonus: a whopping 2000 Gamerscore is available to unlock right from launch day! Should be pretty easy to fill your Gamerscore boots with this one.

Bananitro is available on the Xbox Store in a few different packages:

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
