The gripping four player co-op adventure game set in the 1930s is almost upon here, but developers Rebellion had a surprise up their sleeve today in the form of a reveal that they’ll be treating us to a free character for Strange Brigade at launch. Introducing Winston Bey!
After unveiling the terrifically thrilling launch trailer, it became clear at the end that the gentleman explorer, Winston Bey, has joined the Brigade and is ready to tackle anything dangerous or supernatural that he comes across. As a prospector, journalist, spy, diplomat and traveller, Winston has explored the world and seen it all – or so he thinks. He reckons the Brigade’s adventures are somewhat of an amusing diversion in his extensive voyages, but it appears the Department of Antiquities has longer-term employment in mind…
Winston Bey is the fifth character present and will be FREE to all players who pre-order or at least purchases Strange Brigade on any platform it’s releasing on during the first 30 days after launch. Its arrival is oh so close, with Strange Brigade’s adventure for up to four players heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 28th August.
