Exploration flying game InnerSpace gets a launch date for Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC

-

The release date of InnerSpace has been revealed, so prepare to soar across the skies and dive through oceans of an abnormal universe when it arrives in January for all major platforms!

InnerSpace, which was originally funded via Kickstarter in 2014, is the first game from developers PolyKnight Games and looks to dazzle gamers with its universe of inside-out planets, where gravity pulls outwards, to explore. This universe, or realm, is known as Inverse and you need to help an Archaeologist recover the last remaining memories from within it. Entire civilizations have perished, but scattered amongst the ruins for you to find are priceless relics belonging to those who are now extinct. The gods still wander these worlds, holding secrets of what led to the downfall of Inverse.

As the player, you’ll uncover these secrets through exploration, by flying above and below the oceans, piloting airframes each possessing their own unique abilities. Accompanying the gameplay are an ethereal art style and soothing electronic musical score, to really set the tone of the universe. InnerSpace is sure to be a thoughtful and provocative aerial experience when it arrives on 16th January for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, and Linux, with an expected price tag of $19.99.

Is the exploration orientated InnerSpace something you’ll want to get involved with? Let us know what you think via the comments, on social media, or in our forums.

Been gaming casually since the SNES as a youngster but found my true passion for games on the Playstation 1 (the forbidden word ooo). My addiction grew to its pinnacle with the purchase of an Xbox 360 & Xbox Live Service. A recovering GS hunter that will still play literally any game.
