Racing along with EA Sports and F1 24? It’s time for Season 3 to take to the grid, with an update that adds in a number of exciting new elements, inspired by some of the most promising of new talents.
EA Sports F1 24 is probably the F1 racer you’ll want to be playing. From EA and Codemasters, it focues on the current F1 season, as Verstappen and Norris take to the championship battle, and Mclaren prove that they have what it takes to compete once again.
Seen as the official game of the FIA Formula One World Championship, no matter whether you’re an F1 veteran covering decades of love, or are green to the scene, hopping on the back of the brilliant Drive to Survive, F1 24 is a racer you should be spending time with.
Season 3 hits the grid
Today sees the launch of Season 3, introducing players to the all-new 2024 Formula 2 car, as well as bringing back the fan-favourite ‘Elimination’ Mode. The update celebrates the future of the sport too, delivering special events that have been inspired by rising stars Oliver Bearman and Jack Doohan. To round things off, expect to commemorate the inspiring career of motorsport icon Ayrton Senna.
With the base game installed on your console or PC of choice, you can now dive into the next generation of talent with the debut of the 2024 Formula 2 cars and drivers in F1 World. The F2 Track Mastery events will challenge players as they put the car through its paces at iconic circuits like Silverstone, Spa-Francorchamps, and Lusail International Circuit.
And then, exclusive to F2, is the much-loved Elimination Mode. This returns for a limited time, seeing players compete in an online knockout race and vie for the “Neon Drive” gear set.

New challenges also await. As do Race Scenarios, and a refreshed Podium Pass, alongside exclusive in-game rewards. With this update, fans can help Jack Doohan battle the biggest names on the grid, conquer Oliver Bearman’s Race Scenario to win his 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix helmet, take on a new Pro Challenge, and pay homage to the illustrious career of Brazilian legend Ayrton Senna.
