F1 25 Season 3
F1 25 Season 3 is go!

The pit lane is open for a brand-new season of content, celebrating both the unsung heroes and the future stars of Formula 1.

EA has today launched the third season of live service content for EA SPORTS F1 25. This huge, free update goes live for all players on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.

Running through November 11th, Season 3 is a massive drop of new content, headlined by a celebration of the Haas F1 Team’s 10th anniversary. It also delivers some of the most requested features yet, including the full F2 2025 season, a sweeping Sports Update, and a new Driver Ratings refresh.

Celebrating a Decade of Haas

This new season shines a spotlight on one of the sport’s most determined and resilient teams, marking a decade since the Haas F1 Team first joined the grid.

Players can now take on a series of celebratory events and challenges that allow you to relive and even rewrite some of the defining moments from Haas’ first ten years in Formula 1. You’ll be able to tackle scenarios inspired by everything from the joy of scoring points on their debut in Australia 2016 to the team’s unforgettable double top-five finish in Austria 2018.

Completing these challenges will reward you with special Haas-themed liveries and helmets.

Free Play Weekend and Double XP

To coincide with Haas’ home race at the Circuit of the Americas, a Free Play Weekend will run from October 16th to 20th, allowing new players to experience the full game for free. Existing fans will also benefit from a Double XP boost during this period.

The Next Generation Arrives: F2 2025

The future stars of motorsport are taking centre stage with the long-awaited arrival of the F2 2025 season to the game. This free update adds the entire feeder series, including all 11 teams, 22 drivers, and the full 14-race calendar, allowing you to race with and against the next generation of F1 talent.

Keeping it Real: The Sports Update and Driver Ratings

This update also brings a host of changes designed to keep the game as authentic and up-to-date as possible.

A major Sports Update has been implemented, bringing the 10 F1 teams’ in-game cars and liveries closer to their real-world counterparts. From revised aerodynamics to refreshed sponsor placements, these changes ensure you stay fully immersed in the evolving world of the sport.

The Latest Driver Ratings Refresh

The second Driver Ratings refresh of the season is also here, reflecting the recent on-track performances of the real-world drivers. Key changes include Max Verstappen climbing back to a 94 OVR after his flawless victory at Monza, and Sauber’s rookie Gabriel Bortoleto earning a huge four-point boost to 78. Full Driver Ratings standings will be revealed here.

“Marking ten years on the grid is a huge achievement for Haas, a team that has carved out its place in Formula 1® through determination and resilience,” said Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters. “We’re proud to honour that journey in Season 3, and remain committed to giving players the most authentic connection to the sport.“

A new chapter of your Formula 1 story is ready to begin. With new challenges to conquer, a full new F2 season to master, and a host of authenticity updates, there has never been a better time to hit the track. Season 3 is live now.

Purchase and download F1 25 from the Xbox Store for Xbox Series X|S. You’ll find it on other platforms too – PlayStation 5 and PC.
