Fall Guys goes to infinity and beyond with a new spaced-out season

Since its release onto Xbox in the free-to-play format back in June of this year, the lockdown hit that is Fall Guys has only gone from strength to strength. Seeing you control a Jelly Bean-esque character battling dozens of others across a variety of obstacle courses, this is a battle royale free of loud guns, the threat of an enclosing storm, or indeed any kind of death whatsoever. Fall Guys is fun, vibrant, addictive, and now it’s in space!

Today marks the day Fall Guys Season 2: Satellite Scramble goes live, sending the Fall Guys community to space as the humble Beans depart from the bouncy, colourful locales of home, in search of pastures new. What this translates to on a gameplay basis is of course more and more courses, minigames and the like to try and master, in the pursuit of swathes of victory Crowns coming your way.

Expect to be battling it out in some space-themed rounds: Pixel Painters tasks you with nailing down a pattern, Cosmic Highway puts a futuristic theme on platforming to the end goal, and Space Race is exactly what it says on the tin – an all out sprint to the finish. These are just but a few new games coming into the rotation.

Season 2 also comes equipped with a brand new Season Pass – both a premium and free pathway – seeing dedicated players unlock more of the wacky, colourful outfits and accessories we are used to. Look forward to some collabs with world-famous IPs, from the likes of Star Trek, Alien, and virtual singing idol Hatsune Miku!

Fall Guys Season 2: Satellite Scramble is live today on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Switch and PC, with full cross-platform support between all ways to play. For Xbox, the Xbox Store will have you covered. The game is free-to-play, so there’s no reason not to give it a go – check out our full review of the base game first though!

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
