There is nothing better than a good live action trailer to celebrate the upcoming release of a big AAA game. Guess what? Yep, we’ve got one for you today and the Far Cry 5 trailer “The Baptism” is well worth checking out.
With Far Cry 5 coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC on March 27th 2018, Ubisoft have decided that now is the time to build the hype even more. In “The Baptism”, the relationship between two men of faith is revealed; Joseph Seed before he became the Father, and Pastor Jerome before he was forced to forfeit his status as shepherd of Hope County’s souls.
Far Cry 5 is set in the USA for the first time and it’ll offer unprecedented freedom for players to navigate a serene but deeply twisted world, as the new junior deputy of fictional Hope County, Montana.
You’ll need to be prepared to take on a fanatical doomsday cult, the Project at Eden’s Gate, as they ignite a violent takeover of the county. Under siege and cut off from the rest of the world, players will join forces with residents of Hope County and form the Resistance.
We can’t wait, but for now, the live action trailer is as close to the action as we are ever going to get. Hit it up right now.
