feudal alloy xbox one

Ever wanted to be taken on an epic adventure? How about one in which you get placed into the boots of a medieval robot… that is controlled by a fish? Well, that’s what’ll be happening in Feudal Alloy on Xbox One.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One – after first releasing on PC and Nintendo Switch a few months back – Feudal Alloy promises a big old adventure, as you work your way through a medieval world, improving combat techniques and skills as you go, deciding which of multiple paths to take, and just how you’ll defeat the evil within and find your way back home.

Playing out proceedings as Attu, this adventure feels very much like many that have gone before it, except this time round, Attu is a robot, and he’s controlled by a fish.

But hey, don’t let that put you off. In fact, it is that unique premise which has drawn us to the launch of Feudal Alloy on Xbox One and when you consider there is the chance to hunt down many secret areas, and are able to customise both Attu both cosmetically and in terms of attributes, it certainly feels well worth a go.

Features include:

  • Fish-controlled medieval robots! Obviously!
  • A dynamic action-combat system with swords, grenades, dodges and other special attack moves
  • A lot of different equipment that changes both player appearance and attributes
  • A huge, interconnected world to explore, filled with a wide range of enemies
  • Varied hand-drawn environments
  • Secret areas

If you wish to give this unique take on the action adventure scene a little go, you’ll find Feudal Alloy available on Xbox One and from the Xbox Store. A price point of £11.74 means it’s just about low enough to take a proper punt on – if only so you can discover why on earth fish are controlling robots!

Failing that though, and if you’d prefer some thoughts and opinions to be taken in prior to a purchase, make sure you keep an eye out for our full review. It’s coming real soon.

Game Description:

Feudal Alloy is an epic action adventure with fish-controlled medieval robots! Explore an unusual medieval world with a fish-controlled robot, Attu. Improve your combat techniques and skills by smashing many kinds of mechanical creatures in a beautiful hand-drawn world. Attu is an ordinary farmer robot who lives in a small cottage in sunflower fields. He had been living a simple but pleasant life until a bunch of outlaws attacked the village, stole their oil supplies and burnt his house. Fortunately, he managed to grab his old sword and fled into the woods. Get lost and discover a huge interconnected world, filled with a wide range of enemies, bosses, skills, and equipment. Choose which paths you take and which enemies you face. Try to defeat the evil and find your way back home.
