Seeing the standard £17.99 price tag removed for the entirety of December 2019 – at least for those gamers savvy enough to hold a valid Xbox Live Gold membership – Insane Robots is now able to start appealing to a whole new wave of gamers; those who may not have been enticed initially, but are more than happy to feel the free love.
Working as a rather unique card battler, Insane Robots on Xbox One will see you attempting to work your way through many randomly generated survival arenas, pitting your robots up against others across a campaign that promises more than 15 hours of gameplay.
With a battle deck to hand, and multiple strategies and tactics ready to be utilised, whether you’re attempting to become the prime robot battler alone, or prefer to hit up the local and online scenes, conquering the robot world is your primary objective.
If you’re one of the many casting a glance the way of Insane Robots in the 18 montsh since first release, then now is the prime time to get involved. With the usual price removed for the next few weeks, even if you don’t intend on getting in on the action until the quieter new year kick off period, or want to indulge in some robot battling immediately, the Xbox Store will provide the relevant – free – download.
